With several openings available, you’ll collaborate with an engaging team while fostering student growth at a supportive campus near Waxahachie, Texas.

Desired Background & Qualifications:

  • Hold a current Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) license for Texas
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) required
  • Previous experience providing SLP services in a school setting strongly preferred
  • Comfort working with both elementary and high school populations
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
  • Ability to work onsite throughout the contract duration (no remote or CFY accepted)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for students with diverse communication disorders
  • Deliver direct therapy services to students, addressing speech, language, and communication goals
  • Maintain thorough, timely progress notes and contribute to IEP meetings and documentation
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and support staff to ensure consistent, integrated care for students
  • Advocate for students and consult regularly with families and school teams to support student success
