Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist - Wayne, NJ

Step into a rewarding opportunity supporting young learners in a school-based setting for the remainder of the academic year. You'll empower preschool students through speech and language therapy, making a lasting impact on their communication skills and overall development. This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, following a regular school day schedule, with a single campus assignment for ease and consistency. Your work will begin as soon as possible and continue through June 19th.

Key Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) welcome
• Valid state licensure or eligibility for New Jersey
• Experience with early childhood or preschool populations
• Familiarity with school-based services and related documentation
• Skilled in individual and group therapy for speech/language delays and disorders
• Teletherapy experience a plus, but not required
• Strong collaboration and communication abilities

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assess and evaluate preschool students for speech, language, and communication needs
• Develop and implement individualized and group therapy plans
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation for IEPs and student progress
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to maximize support strategies
• Participate in meetings and provide input for student development plans
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques, including in-person and teletherapy as applicable
