Desired Skills & Qualifications:

• Current licensure or eligibility as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC), Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) considered
• Experience in pediatric or school-based settings strongly preferred
• Knowledge of individualized education program (IEP) processes
• Solid understanding of both in-person and remote (teletherapy) therapy modalities
• Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills
• Commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech-language therapy to K-5 students, managing a caseload of about 45
• Conduct thorough assessments, develop and update IEP goals, and collaborate with families and staff
• Adapt interventions for students’ unique needs, using current best practices
• Organize therapy sessions for efficiency and maximize student participation
• Maintain thorough records and progress notes
• Participate in meetings or professional development as needed
