Two contract opportunities are available for dedicated Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to join a collaborative team for the 2026-2027 school year, working full-time (37.5 hours/week) alongside a network of nine experienced SLPs and a director who brings expertise as an SLP herself.
One role focuses on servicing two elementary schools, while the other covers K-12 with a primary emphasis on elementary-level students. Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or eligibility as a Clinical Fellow (CF)
- Current or eligible state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology
- Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
- Educational and/or pediatric experience is a plus, but not required
- SLPAs are not being considered for these roles at this time
Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and provide intervention for students with a range of speech, language, and communication needs
- Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
- Deliver direct therapy services, consult with teachers and families, and track progress
- Foster an inclusive, positive environment for students at elementary (and K-12, for Position 2) levels
- Participate in team meetings, share expertise, and support the advancement of best practices district-wide
