Two contract opportunities are available for dedicated Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to join a collaborative team for the 2026-2027 school year, working full-time (37.5 hours/week) alongside a network of nine experienced SLPs and a director who brings expertise as an SLP herself.

One role focuses on servicing two elementary schools, while the other covers K-12 with a primary emphasis on elementary-level students. Whether you’re a seasoned clinician or a Clinical Fellow (CF) ready to launch your career, you’ll find mentorship and daily collaboration among passionate professionals committed to making a positive impact.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Valid Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or eligibility as a Clinical Fellow (CF)
  • Current or eligible state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
  • Educational and/or pediatric experience is a plus, but not required
  • SLPAs are not being considered for these roles at this time

Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and provide intervention for students with a range of speech, language, and communication needs
  • Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
  • Deliver direct therapy services, consult with teachers and families, and track progress
  • Foster an inclusive, positive environment for students at elementary (and K-12, for Position 2) levels
  • Participate in team meetings, share expertise, and support the advancement of best practices district-wide
