This is a rewarding opportunity for Speech-Language Pathologists passionate about making a real difference in the lives of students. Two full-time contract positions are available for the 2026-2027 academic year, each offering the chance to work in a supportive, collaborative environment alongside a team of experienced professionals.

One position will focus on providing services across two elementary schools, while the other will work with a K-12 caseload, with an emphasis on elementary populations. Both roles offer consistent, school-day schedules at 37.5 hours per week.

You’ll enjoy the benefit of collaborating with nine other SLPs within the district, as well as receiving guidance and mentorship from a director who is an SLP herself. Whether you’re an experienced clinician or a Clinical Fellow eager to launch your career, you’ll find a nurturing environment with plenty of peer support. Please note, SLPA candidates are not being considered at this time.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Valid state licensure as an SLP (or eligibility)
  • CCC-SLP preferred, but CFs are welcome to apply
  • Strong collaboration skills and a team-first mindset
  • Passion for serving elementary-age students (with flexibility for K-12 in one role)
  • Effective documentation and communication abilities

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct screenings, evaluations, and therapy for students’ speech, language, and communication needs
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and other specialists to promote student success
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive school atmosphere
