Key Qualifications:
- Active SLP license (state requirements must be met by start date)
- Previous experience in school-based SLP roles preferred
- Ability to manage an elementary-aged caseload of approximately 50 students
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organization skills
- Passion for supporting children's speech, language, and communication development
Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and provide targeted therapy for students with speech and language disorders
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other support staff for comprehensive student care
- Maintain thorough records and progress reports in compliance with school policies
- Develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Effectively manage a busy, full-time schedule (8:00 AM – 3:45 PM), supporting students throughout the school day
