Speech Language Pathologist in Weatherford, TX

What you’ll need to bring:

• Active Texas SLP licensure in good standing
• At least 30-40 minutes driving distance from Fort Worth (with traffic)
• Previous experience in a school-based SLP role
• Strong organizational skills for itinerant responsibilities and managing multiple caseloads
• Ability to collaborate with educators, families, and fellow professionals
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) skills are highly preferred
• Satisfactory fingerprint clearance verified with the TEA (please allow up to 10 business days for results)

What you’ll do:

• Deliver speech and language therapy services to students across K-12
• Flexibly rotate between assigned elementary and high school campuses
• Complete consistent documentation and participate in IEP meetings as needed
• Develop individualized treatment plans and monitor student progress
• Serve as a case manager for select students as assigned
• Communicate regularly with teachers, parents, and district staff
