Key Qualifications:

  • Active Texas SLP (Speech Language Pathologist) license required
  • Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric setting preferred
  • Bilingual Spanish speakers encouraged to apply
  • Ability to meet credentialing requirements, including fingerprinting through TEA
  • Strong organizational and case management skills
  • Adaptable to working itinerantly across campuses

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct speech/language therapy services for students ages K-12
  • Oversee and provide supervision to SLPAs as needed
  • Manage caseloads and documentation across assigned school(s)
  • Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to support students’ individualized education goals
  • Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and participate in IEP meetings
  • Maintain accurate and timely records in compliance with district and state standards
