School Speech Language Pathologist - Weatherford, TX

Empower students to find their voices and make a difference as a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist for the upcoming school year in the Fort Worth, Watauga, and surrounding areas. This full-time, onsite position offers a rewarding opportunity to support K-12 learners and collaborate closely with an engaged educational team. The role runs from August 11th, 2026 to May 25th, 2027, with a friendly Monday-Friday schedule (8:00 am–4:30 pm) totaling 37.5 hours per week.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Valid SLP license in Texas and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
• Experience working with school-aged children preferred
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• Confidence in supervising SLPA’s

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide targeted speech and language therapy to a caseload of 54 direct students, with 14 additional students on consult basis
• Develop and implement therapy sessions, both one-on-one and in small groups, tailored to IEP goals
• Supervise and mentor Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPA’s), ensuring high-quality services and effective teamwork
• Monitor and evaluate student progress, adjusting intervention plans as needed, and guide decisions regarding discontinuing services
• Maintain accurate records and participate fully in IEP meetings and communications with family and staff
