Speech Language Pathologist in Weaverville, CA

Qualifications & Experience Sought:

• Holds a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Valid state licensure as an SLP (or eligibility for licensure)
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcome
• Prior experience in a school setting strongly preferred
• Comfortable managing a caseload spanning K-12 ages
• Solid understanding of IEPs, progress monitoring, and documentation
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

Role Responsibilities:

• Deliver evidence-based speech and language therapy to students on-site, individually and in groups
• Develop, implement, and update individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team
• Regularly assess students, document progress, and adjust interventions as needed
• Engage with teachers, administrators, and families to support student success and generalization of skills
• Attend IEP meetings and contribute to ongoing team discussions regarding student needs
• Foster an inclusive, supportive atmosphere in all therapy sessions
