Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Weaverville, CA

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid SLP licensure or eligibility for licensure in California
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship (CFY) status
• Prior experience in a school or pediatric setting is advantageous
• Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
• Energized by working with diverse K-12 populations

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for students in a K-12 district
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with teachers and families
• Deliver direct and consultative speech-language therapy to students on-site only (no VOCO/virtual)
• Maintain accurate records and documentation, supporting compliance and progress tracking
• Participate in IEP meetings and multi-disciplinary teams to ensure best outcomes for each student
• Offer professional insights and resources to staff and families to support student success
