Pediatric School-Based Speech Language Pathologist - Webster City, Iowa

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology
• Current SLP-CCC or eligible Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcome
• Valid state licensure (or ability to obtain before starting)
• Experience working in schools, pediatrics, or healthcare settings
• Ability to provide teletherapy services as required
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• Passion for helping children reach their full potential

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech and language evaluations, including screenings and assessments
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans (IEPs)
• Deliver direct and indirect therapy services in-person and/or via teletherapy platforms
• Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and multi-disciplinary teams
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in accordance with district and professional standards
