Qualifications:

• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences & Disorders
• Current SLP license (or eligibility to obtain) in Iowa
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates are welcome
• Experience working in school settings, pediatric caseloads, or healthcare environments is strongly preferred
• Comfort with teletherapy platforms and remote service delivery
• Strong communication skills and collaborative mindset

Responsibilities:

• Conduct screenings, evaluations, and write comprehensive reports for students in accordance with school and state guidelines
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Provide therapy sessions in-person and via teletherapy as needed
• Consult and collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary team members
• Document student progress and maintain compliance with regulations
