Speech Language Pathologist in Webster, NY

This contract SLP opening is part-time, requiring approximately 6 hours per week of direct mandated services with the option to expand up to 10-12 hours to accommodate evaluations, meetings, and additional responsibilities. The role is structured for morning hours, with availability on consecutive days between 7:45 AM and 11:00 AM in alignment with the school’s needs. Although envisioned as a year-long position, duration may be flexible depending on district staffing.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required
• Valid state licensure for speech-language pathology
• Prior experience in school-based or pediatric settings strongly preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
• Ability to collaborate and adapt within a dynamic team environment

Responsibilities:

• Provide speech-language therapy to middle school students based on mandated service hours
• Conduct evaluations and participate in meetings as needed to support student success
• Document student progress, prepare reports, and contribute to IEP planning
• Collaborate with educators, families, and other providers to ensure comprehensive support
• Maintain compliance with district, state, and federal guidelines
