Speech Language Pathologist in Webster, NY

We're seeking two dedicated Speech-Language Pathologists to begin as soon as possible, serving students at both the elementary and high school levels. Role A focuses on elementary students with Autism Spectrum Disorder, providing individualized support to maximize their communication potential at an engaging school setting. Role B offers the opportunity to work with high school students with Intellectual Disabilities, guiding them toward success both in and beyond the classroom. Each assignment continues until a permanent hire is made, ensuring consistent care for students and allowing you to apply your expertise fully.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related area
• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
• Relevant state licensure or eligibility
• Experience in school-based SLP settings strongly preferred
• Comfort working with ASD (elementary) or Intellectual Disabilities (high school) caseloads
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop personalized treatment plans
• Deliver direct and consultative SLP services tailored to each student’s needs
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff for coordinated student progress
• Maintain detailed records and progress notes as required by school and regulatory standards
