Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA
• State licensure to practice as an SLP (or ability to obtain before the start date)
• Previous experience working in a school environment, particularly with Pre K-8 students, preferred
• Strong interpersonal skills to work closely with teachers, families, and students
• Ability to adapt and manage a flexible caseload

Role Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech-language therapy services onsite, focusing on prevention, assessment, and intervention for Pre K-8 students
• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support overall student success and communication development
• Maintain thorough notes, progress reports, and required documentation in compliance with school system protocols
• Contribute to IEP meetings and ensure recommended services align with student needs
• Balance service delivery across a part-time schedule, approximately 16-24 hours per week throughout the school year
