What You’ll Bring:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA preferred, Clinical Fellows will be considered
- Previous experience working with school-aged children is highly valued
- Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
- Dedication to fostering a supportive, inclusive learning atmosphere
What You’ll Do:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations to identify students’ speech and language needs
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) aligned with student goals
- Deliver direct and consultative speech-language therapy services
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student progress
- Maintain accurate documentation, progress notes, and required reporting
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team discussions
- Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current in best practices
