Key Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Current CCC-SLP or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
  • Hold or qualify for appropriate state licensure
  • Experience in school-based settings or pediatric populations preferred
  • Teletherapy experience a plus, though not required
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to manage a caseload of 55-60 students
  • Comfortable in both elementary and secondary environments

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct and consultative speech-language therapy services to students
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Complete assessments, progress monitoring, and documentation in alignment with school and state requirements
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and other support staff to ensure holistic student success
  • Participate in team meetings, contribute to multi-disciplinary approaches, and provide input for educational planning
  • Utilize teletherapy as needed, ensuring equal access to services for all students
  • Support students from August 20 through June 4, with working hours aligning to typical school schedules: elementary (8:30-3:15) and secondary (7:30-2:15)
