Qualifications & Experience:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active state licensure and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required
- Previous school-based experience strongly preferred

- Strong communication and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess students’ communication skills and develop individualized treatment plans
- Deliver direct and consultative speech-language therapy services
- Document progress and maintain compliance with state and federal guidelines
- Participate in team meetings and offer expertise for IEP development
- Communicate regularly with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student growth
