Desired Skills & Qualifications:

  • Hold current certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC-SLP)
  • Licensed as an SLP in Arizona
  • Possess an active Arizona Educator Certificate
  • Maintain a valid IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card
  • Prior school-based SLP experience preferred, with strong skills supporting PreK-8 populations
  • Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal abilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments, develop individualized education plans (IEPs), and implement effective therapy interventions for a diverse caseload
  • Collaborate proactively with teachers, administrators, families, and other service providers
  • Provide engaging direct therapy services to students across PreK-8th grade, adapting your approach to meet unique needs and learning styles
  • Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in accordance with district and state requirements
  • Participate in IEP meetings, parent conferences, and multidisciplinary team planning as needed
