Pediatric School-Based Speech Language Pathologist - West Bend, Wisconsin

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Active SLP License issued by the state of Wisconsin
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or eligibility to earn CCCs
• Strong collaborative and interpersonal communication skills
• Experience in school settings or pediatrics is valued, but not required
• Openness to working onsite or via teletherapy platforms as needed
• Enthusiasm for working with a diverse student population

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans to address students’ communication needs
• Provide speech and language therapy services in compliance with IEP/504 plans
• Maintain thorough documentation in accordance with school and state regulations
• Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and other special education staff to foster student growth
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of educational goals
• Adapt therapy approaches for a range of ages and ability levels
