Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in West Bend, WI

Make an immediate difference supporting students throughout their educational journey in a contract opportunity beginning August 2026 and extending through November 2026. Two passionate Speech-Language Pathologists—SLP-CCC or CFY—are needed to provide coverage for a maternity leave at both the middle and high school levels. In this full-time position (37.5 hours per week), you’ll work with students across a wide range of needs, using both in-person and teletherapy platforms. Experience with pediatric populations in schools, SLP-CCC or Clinical Fellowship Year candidates, and clinicians with a healthcare or teletherapy background are encouraged to apply. You’ll hit the ground running, using your expertise to enhance communication skills, support IEP development, and work closely with educators and families.

Qualifications:

• SLP-CCC or SLP-CFY credentials required
• Experience in school-based, healthcare, or pediatric settings preferred
• Comfortable working with middle and high school students
• Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and technology
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct speech and language services per IEPs
• Conduct evaluations and documentation in line with school policies
• Collaborate with educators, family members, and multidisciplinary teams
• Participate in team meetings and communicate student progress
• Flexibly utilize teletherapy as needed for service delivery
