Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist in West Bend, WI

Step into a rewarding contract opportunity supporting students as a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist during a maternity leave in the Hartford/West Bend, WI area. This placement covers approximately eight weeks, with the maternity leave beginning at the end of October. You’ll enjoy a collaborative school environment focused on early childhood through 3rd grade, working five days per week on a supportive team—plus, Fridays often feature a lighter caseload.

You'll have the chance to make a lasting impact on young learners, primarily those in Early Childhood through 1st grade, with a handful of students in 2nd and 3rd grades. The school’s 3:1 service delivery model offers an engaging, balanced approach to therapy, collaboration, and planning.

Desired Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active SLP license in Wisconsin
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status
• Experience with pediatric and school-based populations
• Familiarity with teletherapy and its tools is a plus
• Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality speech and language therapy to students ages EC to 3rd grade
• Manage caseloads, assessments, evaluations, and progress monitoring
• Collaborate with educators, families, and related service providers
• Utilize a 3:1 service model for direct therapy, consult, and planning
• Adjust scheduling as needed; Fridays may present a reduced workload
