A full-time contract opportunity is available for a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to provide coverage for a maternity leave near Hartford and West Bend, WI. This assignment focuses on serving early childhood through 3rd grade students, primarily in EC-1st grade, with a few students in 2nd and 3rd grade. The position follows a 3:1 service delivery model, allowing for dedicated planning and collaboration time, and operates Monday through Friday, 8 hours per day. There is potential for a shorter day on Fridays, as the current caseload consists of just six students that day.

Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP)
  • Active Wisconsin SLP license (or eligibility to obtain)
  • Experience with pediatric populations, with a preference for those who have worked in early childhood or elementary school settings
  • Familiarity with teletherapy practices (preferred but not required)
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organization abilities
  • Open to Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct speech and language therapy services to assigned students, both in-person and virtually as needed
  • Complete evaluations and progress reports in accordance with school timelines and standards
  • Develop and implement IEP goals tailored to individual student needs
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff
  • Participate in team meetings and provide input on student progress and support strategies
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation

This contract runs for approximately 8 weeks, coinciding with the teacher's maternity leave, and offers a competitive pay range of $45–$51 per hour based on experience.
