Licensed Elementary Speech Language Pathologist in West Bend, WI

Step into a dynamic school-based role supporting elementary students as a Speech-Language Pathologist. This full-time, contract opportunity offers the chance to positively impact young learners, working Monday through Friday from 7:40am to 3:25pm with students in kindergarten through 3rd grade. The assignment begins March 2, 2026 and concludes June 4, 2026, providing the ideal setting to make a meaningful difference while collaborating with dedicated educators and staff.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current state license as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or actively working toward completion
• Previous experience in school settings, particularly with elementary-aged children, is desirable
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to support diverse student populations
• Strong organizational abilities for effective case management and documentation

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and identify students’ speech and language needs through screenings and evaluations
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Provide direct therapy services to students in grades K-3, adapting strategies as needed
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to foster student progress
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation of student progress and services delivered
• Participate in IEP meetings and professional development relevant to your practice
