Elementary Certified Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - West Bend, WI

Step into a rewarding contract opportunity supporting elementary students as a certified and licensed Speech-Language Pathologist. This full-time role offers the chance to make a genuine difference in young learners’ lives within a vibrant school environment. You’ll work Monday through Friday from 7:40 am to 3:25 pm, supporting students in grades K-3 during the spring semester.

• Current Speech-Language Pathologist certification and state licensure
• Experience serving elementary-age students, ideally K-3
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to develop and implement individualized therapy plans

What you’ll be doing:

• Deliver engaging, evidence-based speech and language therapy to elementary students
• Complete assessments, evaluations, and documentation in accordance with IEPs
• Collaborate proactively with teachers, support staff, and families
• Track student progress and adjust therapy to best support growth
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive school culture
• Maintain accurate records and adhere to school and district procedures
