Preferred Qualifications:

• Current and valid licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Certification appropriate for serving in a school setting
• Experience or enthusiasm for working with elementary students (K-3rd grade)
• Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation abilities
• Commitment to fostering inclusive, supportive learning environments
• Ability to design and implement effective interventions based on student needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide speech-language therapy services to students in grades K-3
• Conduct screenings, assessments, and develop individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student communication goals
• Maintain up-to-date records and progress notes for each student
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team planning
• Offer consultation and resources to staff and families regarding speech and language development
