What you bring:
• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or CFY candidates welcome
• Valid state licensure (or eligibility) for Pennsylvania
• Experience or strong interest in school-based speech therapy
• Expertise in supporting a range of student abilities, including non-verbal communication
• Effective collaboration and communication skills with multidisciplinary teams
• Proficiency in developing and implementing IEP goals

Role responsibilities include:
• Conducting screening and comprehensive assessments for K-8 students
• Developing individualized treatment plans tailored to a diverse range of disabilities
• Providing direct and consultative speech-language therapy
• Documenting student progress and maintaining detailed records
• Contributing actively to IEP meetings and collaborating with teachers, families, and support staff
• Utilizing adapted and augmentative communication techniques for non-verbal students
• Supporting students across current school year, ESY, and following year
