This contract opportunity focuses on delivering top-quality support in school settings, working with pediatric caseloads, and offers a unique blend of onsite and potential telepractice (VOCO) options. As a supervisory role, you’ll lend your expertise to help students thrive and guide support staff or newer clinicians for their success.

Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Current CCC-SLP (Certificate of Clinical Competence)
  • Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as required
  • Experience in pediatric and school-based settings
  • Strong background in supervising or mentoring fellow clinicians or support staff is a plus
  • Solid organizational skills with adaptability to flexible schedules
  • Comfort working with digital platforms for VOCO/telepractice services

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and provide therapeutic interventions for students with communication disorders
  • Supervise and mentor other SLPs, SLPAs, or graduate interns as assigned
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and school staff to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Maintain accurate records and progress notes in compliance with school and state guidelines
  • Participate in interdisciplinary meetings and contribute to a positive, student-centered environment
  • Flexibly balance in-person and VOCO teletherapy sessions as needed
