This full-time, contract position is available for the Extended School Year and the 2026/2027 school year, based at a conveniently located school in Philadelphia. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to empower students of all abilities, grades K-12, helping them overcome communication challenges and reach their full academic and social potential.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Current or eligible SLP-CCC or SLP-CFY credentials
  • Hold or be eligible for relevant Pennsylvania SLP licensure
  • Experience working in K-12 school environments preferred
  • Strong communication and collaborative skills
  • Organized, compassionate, and student-focused approach
  • Familiarity with IEP development and implementation

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct speech-language therapy to students across grade levels
  • Conduct screenings, evaluations, and assessments as required
  • Develop and monitor IEPs in collaboration with special education staff and families
  • Maintain detailed session notes, progress updates, and required documentation
  • Participate actively in IEP meetings and student support team meetings
  • Consult and collaborate with teachers, support staff, and parents
  • Adapt evidence-based interventions for diverse student needs
  • Foster an inclusive, supportive environment for learners
