The school welcomes new graduate clinicians as well as experienced Speech-Language Pathologists, including those completing their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY). You’ll provide services that make a daily difference in students' lives while working alongside passionate educators and specialists.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) or CFY candidates welcome
  • State licensure (or eligibility) to practice as an SLP in Pennsylvania
  • Experience or training in school-based or pediatric settings preferred
  • Strong skills in assessment, intervention, and IEP documentation
  • Comfort with or willingness to learn teletherapy platforms and digital tools
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct evaluations and provide therapy services to elementary-aged students in a school setting
  • Develop, implement, and monitor student treatment plans and IEP goals
  • Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to ensure comprehensive care
  • Maintain thorough documentation and participate in team meetings
  • Adapt and deliver therapy using both in-person and teletherapy approaches as needed
  • Provide mentorship and support for newer clinicians or CFYs
