Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Valid ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
  • Pennsylvania SLP licensure
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English highly preferred; non-bilingual candidates are still encouraged to apply as interpreter assistance may be arranged
  • Experience with medically fragile or bed-bound students is a plus
  • Ability to commit long-term, ensuring continuity of care
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with both students and families

Role Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct speech-language therapy to a middle school student in their home environment for approximately 2.5 hours per week, with flexible scheduling options
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized intervention plans tailored to the student’s unique needs
  • Collaborate closely with occupational and physical therapists as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Maintain thorough documentation and communicate regularly with the district and student’s family
