School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | West Chester, Pennsylvania

This contract position runs from August 24, 2026, through January 19, 2027, and is based in-person on a 6-day rotation, with hours from 7:30am to 2:30pm. Key Qualifications & Requirements:

• Valid SLP licensure with Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
• Previous experience providing speech-language services in a school setting strongly preferred
• Comfort working full-time, in-person, on a rotating 6-day cycle
• Strong understanding of the IEP process, particularly case management for Speech Only IEPs
• Excellent communication skills for collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and families
• Ability to organize and manage a caseload of approximately 8-10 students

Responsibilities:

• Conduct individual and group speech/language therapy sessions for 8th and 9th grade students
• Provide case management for Speech Only IEP students, ensuring compliance and documentation
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans and goals
• Coordinate with teachers, parents, and support staff to foster student progress
• Participate in relevant meetings, including IEP meetings as needed
• Maintain accurate records in accordance with school and regulatory requirements
