Multiple opportunities are available across several locations, allowing you to work with diverse student populations and contribute where you’re needed most. Full-time and part-time contract positions are open to support students during critical leaves and transitions, giving you the flexibility to find the right fit for your schedule and expertise.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Hold valid SLP-CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence) or close to completion
  • Eligible for state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Prior experience in schools or with school-aged students preferred
  • Adaptable to working with various ages and student needs
  • Strong interpersonal, collaboration, and communication skills
  • Comfortable working in different schools and settings as assignments may change

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct speech and language therapy to students, primarily school age, based on current caseloads and needs
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student progress
  • Participate in IEP meetings and maintain accurate documentation
  • Adapt therapy approaches to serve students of varying abilities and backgrounds
  • Travel to multiple sites as needed to cover leaves and fluctuating demands
  • Remain flexible with assignments, as there may be transitions between schools in Reading, Lansdowne, and Downington
