School Speech Language Pathologist - West Chester, Pennsylvania

Three full-time, onsite positions are available, each offering a unique and rewarding caseload: one at the elementary level, one serving grades 6-8, and one at the high school. Your background in Speech-Language Pathology or Physical Therapy, particularly within school environments, will prepare you to deliver comprehensive services. Positions begin as soon as possible and extend through June 10, 2027—providing sustained opportunities to build relationships and witness student progress.

What We’re Looking For:

• Valid credentials and experience as a school-based SLP or PT
• Prior experience in K-12 educational settings required
• Comfortable and experienced working in urban school environments
• Ability to complete all Pennsylvania school clearances
• Reliable transportation for onsite attendance
• Willingness and capacity to work strictly between 7:15 AM and 4:00 PM (no schedule accommodations)
• Flexibility to support one of several caseloads: elementary, middle (Toby Farms, grades 6-8), or high school
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide direct therapy and support for assigned students
• Maintain thorough assessment, session, and progress documentation
• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, parents, and teachers
• Participate in IEP meetings and support compliance with educational requirements
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment
