Qualifications and Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
  • Current state SLP license (or ability to obtain)
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred but Clinical Fellows will be considered
  • Prior experience in a school setting working with grades K–12 desirable
  • Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct speech and language assessments for students across various grade levels
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on student needs
  • Collaborate with teachers, special educators, and administrators to support student success
  • Engage with families, providing education and updates on student progress
  • Document interventions, maintain compliance with IEP requirements, and participate in meetings as needed
