Grades 9 - 12 K-5 School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | West Chester, Pennsylvania

Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active SLP licensure for Pennsylvania (or eligibility to obtain)
• Previous experience working with students in Grades K–5, 6–8, and 9–12 preferred
• Familiarity with IEP development and implementation
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Commitment to fostering an inclusive, encouraging learning atmosphere

• Assess speech, language, and communication abilities for students across grade levels
• Create and implement individualized therapy sessions aligned with IEP goals
• Partner closely with teachers, parents, and other service providers
• Document progress, maintain records and participate in team meetings
• Offer recommendations for classroom strategies to support student success
