Step into a full-time contract opportunity as a Speech Language Pathologist for the 2026-2027 academic year. This onsite role offers the chance to serve K-12 students in a supportive school environment, utilizing your clinical expertise and passion for communication sciences to make a positive difference every day.

In this position, you'll collaborate closely with teachers, families, and other professionals to assess and treat students with a variety of speech, language, and communication challenges. Your work will center around helping students reach their fullest potential, both in the classroom and beyond.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Active South Carolina Speech Language Pathologist License required
  • South Carolina Teacher’s Certification necessary
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; SLP-CFY candidates will be considered
  • Experience providing speech therapy services in a school setting is a plus
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Demonstrated commitment to fostering student growth

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Deliver direct speech and language therapy onsite
  • Consult and collaborate with educators and parents regarding student needs and progress
  • Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes in line with school requirements
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and relevant school activities
  • Engage in ongoing professional development and continuing education
