In this role, your caseload will range from 45-50 elementary students, giving you the chance to provide individualized, evidence-based interventions. You’ll collaborate with educators and families and contribute to a positive, supportive learning atmosphere.
Desired Experience & Skills:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- SLP-CCC or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Pediatric or school-based SLP experience preferred
- Proficiency with assessments, intervention planning, and IEP documentation
- Strong communication and organization abilities
- Passion for working in elementary school environments
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and diagnose a variety of speech, language, and communication disorders in students
- Develop and implement personalized therapy plans in collaboration with the educational team
- Maintain thorough documentation and progress reporting for student IEPs
- Engage families and school staff to ensure holistic support for each child
- Provide therapy individually or in small groups, adapting strategies as needed
