Desired Experience & Skills:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • SLP-CCC or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
  • Pediatric or school-based SLP experience preferred
  • Proficiency with assessments, intervention planning, and IEP documentation
  • Strong communication and organization abilities
  • Passion for working in elementary school environments

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and diagnose a variety of speech, language, and communication disorders in students
  • Develop and implement personalized therapy plans in collaboration with the educational team
  • Maintain thorough documentation and progress reporting for student IEPs
  • Engage families and school staff to ensure holistic support for each child
  • Provide therapy individually or in small groups, adapting strategies as needed
