This contract position spans the 2026-2027 school year, with a schedule from August 4, 2026, to May 28, 2027. Enjoy the opportunity to work 37.5 hours per week across two welcoming campuses serving both elementary and middle school students.
You’ll collaborate with dedicated educators and families to foster student growth and communication skills. Your caseload will typically range from 45 to 50 students, giving you the chance to build meaningful connections and positively impact young learners’ academic journeys.
Preferred Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current (or eligibility for) SLP licensure
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcome
- Experience in pediatric, healthcare, and/or school-based settings
- Familiarity with diverse caseloads and evidence-based interventions
- Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and treat communication disorders for students in both elementary and middle school settings
- Develop tailored IEP goals and deliver engaging therapy sessions
- Consult with teachers and families to support student success in the classroom and beyond
- Monitor progress, maintain ongoing documentation, and participate in IEP meetings
- Provide guidance and resources for staff on effective communication strategies
