Key Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Current licensure (or eligibility) as an SLP in South Carolina
- School-based experience preferred, with a strong understanding of IEP processes
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Commitment to supporting diverse learners
Responsibilities:
- Assess and diagnose communication disorders in school-aged children
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in alignment with IEP goals
- Deliver direct therapy services and monitor student progress
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to optimize student outcomes
- Maintain accurate documentation and participate in IEP meetings as needed
- Foster an inclusive, supportive environment that encourages student growth
Position Details:
- Contract assignment: August 1, 2026 – May 29, 2027
- Full-time schedule (35 hours per week)
- Onsite setting, providing hands-on support within the school community
