This role is ideal for a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) passionate about making a meaningful impact. You will serve one elementary school, working with a variety of pediatric cases and collaborating with a supportive team to help students achieve their communication goals.

Key Qualifications & Experience:

  • Hold an active SLP-CCC credential
  • Background in pediatric speech and language therapy within school or healthcare settings
  • Experience or willingness to work with teletherapy and/or clinical fellowship year (CFY) supervision
  • Familiarity with IEP development, progress monitoring, and collaboration with educators and families
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver speech-language therapy services to an elementary-aged caseload (detailed caseload information will be shared during the interview process)
  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations, create and implement individualized treatment plans, and maintain accurate documentation
  • Engage in consultation and collaboration with teachers, parents, and interdisciplinary teams to support student progress
  • Participate actively in IEP meetings and develop educationally relevant goals
  • Incorporate a variety of therapeutic modalities, including teletherapy as needed

Role Details & Schedule:

  • Academic year placement: August 2026 – May 2027
  • Schedule: 37.5 hours per week, Monday through Friday
  • Dedicated to a single elementary school for consistent engagement and relationship-building
