You will serve one elementary school, working with a variety of pediatric cases and collaborating with a supportive team to help students achieve their communication goals.
Key Qualifications & Experience:
- Hold an active SLP-CCC credential
- Background in pediatric speech and language therapy within school or healthcare settings
- Experience or willingness to work with teletherapy and/or clinical fellowship year (CFY) supervision
- Familiarity with IEP development, progress monitoring, and collaboration with educators and families
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech-language therapy services to an elementary-aged caseload (detailed caseload information will be shared during the interview process)
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations, create and implement individualized treatment plans, and maintain accurate documentation
- Engage in consultation and collaboration with teachers, parents, and interdisciplinary teams to support student progress
- Participate actively in IEP meetings and develop educationally relevant goals
- Incorporate a variety of therapeutic modalities, including teletherapy as needed
Role Details & Schedule:
- Academic year placement: August 2026 – May 2027
- Schedule: 37.5 hours per week, Monday through Friday
- Dedicated to a single elementary school for consistent engagement and relationship-building
