Desired Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
• Active SLP license and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or current Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status
• Experience working in school settings, especially with elementary-age students
• Understanding of pediatric language disorders, AAC, and IEP development
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Background in healthcare-related SLP is a plus

Your Responsibilities:

• Deliver diagnostic assessments and therapy for students with communication disorders
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to maximize student progress
• Maintain accurate records of assessments, progress, and interventions
• Provide education and resources to families and faculty as needed
• Participate in IEP meetings and actively contribute to student support strategies
