Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid Speech-Language Pathologist License (SLP) with Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
• Previous experience in school settings strongly preferred
• Deep understanding of speech/language development, assessment, and intervention planning within an educational context
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to collaborate with teachers, staff, and families for optimal student outcomes
• Commitment to creating positive and inclusive learning environments

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide evidence-based speech and language assessments, screenings, and direct therapy to students within the assigned caseload
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEPs in accordance with school guidelines and legal requirements
• Consult and collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to support student progress and success
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of student records, progress notes, and related paperwork
• Participate in IEP meetings, professional development sessions, and department planning
• Remain current regarding best practices and continuing education in speech-language pathology
