Key Requirements:

  • Valid South Carolina Speech Language Pathologist license

Core Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in K-12 students
  • Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and implement effective therapy interventions
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, special education staff, and families to support student progress
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation, adhering to local and federal regulations
  • Attend IEP meetings and contribute expertise for measurable student outcomes
  • Deliver direct therapy sessions both individually and in small groups as needed
