Qualifications and Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid SLP license or eligibility for licensure in South Carolina
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; strong Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates encouraged to apply
• Proven experience or strong interest in school-based and pediatric speech therapy
• Ability to develop and implement individualized therapy plans
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organization skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct and consultative speech-language pathology services to K-12 students
• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
• Create and monitor Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals in accordance with state and federal guidelines
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other support staff to foster students’ growth
• Maintain thorough and timely documentation on student progress and interventions
