Qualifications:

• Active state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• CCC-SLP certification or eligibility required
• Experience working with school-aged children across K-12 (elementary, middle, high school)
• Strong assessment, intervention, and IEP documentation skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Ability to adapt therapy approaches for diverse learning needs

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech-language therapy services to students in individual and group settings
• Conduct evaluations and develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and other professionals to support student progress
• Maintain accurate records, service logs, and required documentation
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams
