Help support students’ communication needs by providing speech-language services in a dynamic school setting near West Enfield, ME. This contract opportunity offers both full-time and part-time schedules, extending through the full academic year. Take part in a dedicated team, making a real difference for 20 students by managing evaluations, participating in meetings, and delivering direct services.

Your expertise as a Speech Language Pathologist will be valued, whether you’re an experienced CCC-SLP or seeking your CFY. You'll employ your clinical skills in a supportive environment, with an emphasis on individualized care and student growth.

What we’re looking for:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current SLP license (or eligibility) in Maine
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Candidate for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) welcomed
  • Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric setting preferred
  • Strong communication and documentation skills
  • Comfort with managing caseloads and participating in IEP processes

Your responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and provide direct speech-language therapy for a caseload of approximately 20 students
  • Complete all necessary evaluations and maintain thorough documentation
  • Attend and contribute to IEP and multidisciplinary team meetings
  • Develop individualized treatment plans targeting students’ educational and communication goals
  • Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress and generalization
  • Embrace innovative solutions such as VOCO for service delivery when appropriate
