Professional Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Holds or working toward ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC), or eligible for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
  • Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (or ability to obtain prior to start)
  • Skilled in delivering speech/language therapy in a school setting, on-site or via teletherapy
  • Experience with elementary-aged caseloads strongly preferred
  • Collaborative approach with excellent communication skills
  • Strong organizational abilities and case management experience are a plus

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver evidence-based speech/language therapy to elementary students in individual and group settings
  • Assess, diagnose, and develop treatment plans for a wide range of speech and language disorders
  • Write and maintain detailed documentation, including progress reports and IEPs
  • Participate in multi-disciplinary team meetings and communicate with parents and staff
  • Utilize resources to adapt to both in-person and virtual service delivery as needed
  • Serve as a knowledgeable and approachable resource for families and colleagues
