Step into a rewarding contract opportunity supporting K-12 students as a Speech-Language Pathologist. This full-time position offers 36.25 hours per week, running from ASAP through the end of the school year. You'll have the chance to work directly with small groups—serving 2-3 classrooms, each with 6-8 students—ensuring you can provide tailored attention and interventions that make a real difference.

Ideal Qualifications & Experience:

  • Hold a valid Speech-Language Pathology license and CCCs
  • Previous experience in a school-based setting, particularly with K-12 populations
  • Strong collaborative and communication skills to work alongside teachers and support staff
  • Ability to independently manage a caseload without SLPAs
  • Proficiency in developing, implementing, and tracking individualized therapy plans and IEP goals

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct therapy services to students, addressing speech, language, and communication needs
  • Assess, diagnose, and document speech and language disorders
  • Participate in IEP meetings, contributing to the development and review of student progress
  • Collaborate with educators to support integration of communication goals into classroom activities
  • Maintain thorough, compliant documentation aligned with district and state requirements
  • Serve as a resource for teachers and families, offering strategies and support
