Seeking experienced Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) and Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) for contract positions in West Hartford, CT area schools, with additional roles in Bloomfield and Manchester, CT. These full-time opportunities, running ASAP through mid-June (end of school year), offer rewarding work supporting K-12 students.

Positions available include:

  • SLPs with CCC certification for West Hartford schools
  • Two full-time SLPAs to serve Bloomfield (grades 6-12) and Manchester (grades K-5) campuses

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver speech and language services to approximately 5-7 students per location
  • Conduct assessments, develop plans, and implement individualized interventions aligned with students’ goals
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
  • Maintain accurate documentation and comply with school policies and state regulations

Desired Qualifications:

  • Valid state licensure and certifications as applicable (SLP, SLPA, CCC)
  • Experience working with school-aged children across a range of communication disorders
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for collaborative team involvement
  • Ability to adapt therapy techniques to meet diverse student needs
