School Speech Language Pathologist - West Hartford, CT

We are seeking two dedicated Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP, CCC-SLP) for full-time contract positions, beginning as soon as possible and extending through June 2027. Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Valid CCC-SLP certification required
• Active state licensure for Connecticut or eligibility to obtain
• Experience with school-aged children preferred, though motivated new graduates will be considered
• Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
• Ability to provide in-person services

Responsibilities:

• Manage a diverse caseload spanning grades K-12 across multiple school sites
• Evaluate, diagnose, and provide speech and language therapy to students
• Develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in compliance with federal and state guidelines
• Work closely with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student learning and participation
• Maintain accurate case notes, data, and progress reports
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the educational planning process
• Engage with colleagues and families professionally and compassionately
