School-Based Speech Language Pathologist - West Jordan, Utah

What you bring:

• Valid SLP license and current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
• Experience working with school-aged children, preferably in educational settings
• Proficiency in evaluating speech, language, and communication disorders
• Strong collaboration and communication skills with teachers, parents, and staff
• Ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans for a diverse caseload

Key responsibilities:

• Provide direct therapy and conduct assessments for students with identified speech or language needs
• Develop and update Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in accordance with district and state guidelines
• Monitor student progress and adjust intervention strategies as needed
• Collaborate with classroom teachers and educational teams to support student success
• Offer consultative services and guidance to educators and families
• Assist in compliance and documentation to meet state and federal requirements
