What you bring:
- Valid SLP license and current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- Experience working with school-aged children, preferably in educational settings
- Proficiency in evaluating speech, language, and communication disorders
- Strong collaboration and communication skills with teachers, parents, and staff
- Ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans for a diverse caseload
Key responsibilities:
- Provide direct therapy and conduct assessments for students with identified speech or language needs
- Develop and update Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in accordance with district and state guidelines
- Monitor student progress and adjust intervention strategies as needed
- Collaborate with classroom teachers and educational teams to support student success
- Offer consultative services and guidance to educators and families
- Assist in compliance and documentation to meet state and federal requirements
