Pediatric School-Based Speech Language Pathologist | West Lafayette, Indiana

This contract opportunity offers full-time onsite hours supporting students’ communication and academic success. You’ll work closely with an interdisciplinary team, fostering a collaborative and enriching educational experience for your caseload.

Required Experience and Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) held for at least one year
• Active professional license in Speech-Language Pathology
• At least one year of experience with IEP (Individualized Education Program) processes in a school setting
• Ability to serve pediatric populations, including candidates completing their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
• Strong motivation to make a positive impact in students’ lives
• Exceptional communication skills and team-oriented mindset
• Excellent organizational skills and capable of managing time and documentation efficiently
• Comfortable with technology; ability to learn new platforms, manage digital case records, and troubleshoot basic issues

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct and consultative speech-language therapy services to students onsite
• Participate actively in IEP meetings and collaborate with educational staff and families
• Complete evaluations, maintain records, and contribute to multidisciplinary teams
• Stay current with best practices and district policies for speech and language interventions
