Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) held for 1 year or current SLP-CFY status considered
- Valid and active professional licensure in Speech-Language Pathology
- At least 1 year of IEP experience in a school or pediatric setting
- Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
- Organized, efficient, and skilled at time management
- Self-motivated and dedicated to exceptional student care
- Technologically adept, willing to learn new platforms and digital systems
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive speech-language services to K-12 students in person
- Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs, ensuring legal compliance and student progress
- Assess, diagnose, and treat a diverse caseload with varied speech, language, and communication needs
- Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and other allied professionals to maximize student outcomes
- Maintain thorough, accurate documentation and submit digital reports in a timely manner
- Participate in ongoing professional development and consultation with lead clinicians
