With placements likely in a variety of settings—including Essential (Life Skills) Skills programs within a respected district in Tippecanoe County—you’ll have the chance to work with a diverse caseload of students while developing both your clinical and professional skills.

Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
  • Indiana state SLP license (or eligibility)
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; strong CFY candidates welcome
  • Pediatric experience, especially in school or healthcare settings, is a plus
  • Teletherapy background and flexibility to adapt to different service models
  • Exceptional interpersonal and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities:

  • Provide diagnostic and therapeutic services to students in individual or small-group settings
  • Collaborate with teachers, special educators, and families to develop and implement IEPs
  • Maintain accurate records and progress documentation following all district and state guidelines
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, both in-person and via teletherapy as needed
  • Support students in Essential (Life Skills) Skills programs as assigned
  • Adapt and modify therapy approaches to meet students’ diverse communication needs
