Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | West Lafayette, Indiana

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP), or Clinical Fellowship Year (SLP-CFY) candidates
• Valid state licensure or eligibility in Indiana
• Experience in school-based settings or pediatrics preferred
• Competency and enthusiasm for teletherapy and in-person services
• Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, staff, and families
• Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver individual and group therapy to students with a range of communication needs, with an emphasis on life skills programs
• Assess, diagnose, and develop intervention plans tailored to student goals
• Maintain accurate records and document progress according to school and state requirements
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of student plans
• Engage in multidisciplinary teamwork to provide comprehensive support to children
• Support both in-person and teletherapy models as needed
