As a Speech-Language Pathologist in this contract role, your expertise will help some students in Essential (Life Skills) programs thrive—providing assessment, intervention, and support alongside dedicated educators and families. Whether you are a Clinical Fellow (CFY) looking for hands-on experience or a seasoned SLP-CCC, your background in pediatrics, teletherapy, or healthcare settings will be valued.

What we’re looking for:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Active SLP license in Indiana or eligibility to obtain
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellow (CFY) status
  • Experience with school-aged children preferred (pediatrics or K-12 settings)
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
  • Familiarity with teletherapy platforms a plus
  • Interest in working with students in Essential (Life Skills) programs is welcomed

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Conducting speech and language assessments to identify student needs
  • Providing direct intervention services according to IEPs
  • Consulting with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of services provided
  • Collaborating in the development of student goals and progress reports
  • Supporting students within inclusive and self-contained settings where needed
