Qualifications:

  • Hold a valid license as a Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC) or Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA)
  • Experience working in school environments preferred
  • Strong communication and organization skills
  • Eagerness to work on campus as this is an in-person only position
  • Ability to adapt therapy approaches for students from diverse backgrounds

Role Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments to identify speech, language, and communication needs for students
  • Develop individualized intervention plans and provide direct therapy services
  • Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to support students’ educational goals
  • Document student progress and maintain thorough records in compliance with school and state requirements
  • Attend and contribute to IEP meetings
  • Offer guidance and consultation to support classroom integration of communication strategies
