A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available in West Orange, NJ, supporting preschool-aged students in a school setting. This role is ideal for SLP professionals with experience across healthcare, pediatrics, teletherapy, or clinical fellowship year (CFY) who are passionate about making a difference in early childhood communication development. The position begins ASAP and continues through the end of the school year, concluding on June 19th.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct speech-language therapy services to preschool students
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessments
  • Collaborate with educators and other team members to support student communication goals
  • Track and report progress regularly, adjusting interventions as needed
  • Provide teletherapy services when applicable to supplement in-person therapy

Desired Qualifications:

  • Certification in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC preferred)
  • Experience working with pediatric populations in schools or healthcare settings
  • Ability to effectively provide teletherapy services
  • Demonstrated skills in assessment and treatment of speech and language disorders in early childhood
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills

Schedule and Location:

  • Full-time availability preferred (8:00 AM – 3:00 PM, Monday through Friday)
  • One campus location in West Orange, NJ
  • Approximate caseload consists of preschool-age children
