Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist - West Orange, New Jersey

This position is ideal for an experienced Speech-Language Pathologist who enjoys working with young learners (K-5), delivering high-impact therapy both in person and via teletherapy platforms as needed. With a manageable single-campus assignment, your expertise will help propel student success and foster growth throughout the fall semester.

Key Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligibility for CFY supervision
• State licensure (or eligibility for licensure) as an SLP
• Demonstrated experience in pediatric, school-based, or healthcare SLP roles
• Skilled in both traditional and teletherapy delivery models
• Confident managing a caseload of approximately 45 K-5 students

Core Responsibilities:

• Provide evaluation, diagnosis, and intervention for a diverse range of speech and language disorders
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) to meet each student's unique needs
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to integrate therapy goals into the classroom
• Accurately document progress and maintain timely, organized records for compliance and parent communication
• Contribute to IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
• Participate in training or prep days prior to the September 14, 2026, start date
